Traffic / Criminal Citation Payment

PERSONAL APPEARANCE REQUIRED:  If the “PERSONAL APPEARANCE BLOCK” has been marked on your citation, you MAY NOT pay the citation. You MUST APPEAR at the Greenhills Mayor’s Court on the date and time specified on the citation, and if you fail to appear on your court date, a warrant may be issued for your arrest and a minimum $25.00 fee will be assessed.

Failure to comply or appear will result in the blocking of motor vehicle registration or transfer of registration.

If you receive a citation for one of the offenses listed below and the personal appearance block on the citation has not been marked, you may do one of the following:

1. PAY BY MAIL: Check or money order for the appropriate amount listed below and a copy of the citation mailed to the address listed above.
2. PAY IN PERSON at the address listed above. If paying in cash, the exact amount is required. If paying by credit card, a 4% processing fee will be assessed at the time of payment.
3. PAY OVER THE PHONE by calling 513-825-2101. A 4% processing fee will be assessed.

If you do not pay out, YOU MUST APPEAR IN COURT. Absolutely no continuances will be granted on the day of court.

If you appear in court and are found guilty, a $25 court fee will be added to the original fine amount listed below.

NOTICE

This payout schedule includes fines and fees required by the Ohio Revised Code (ORC), as well as costs payable to the State of Ohio. Locate the violation code on the citation in which you were cited to determine the total cost, including fees. If paying by credit card, 4% will be added to the total cost.
