For exterior property maintenance code enforcement, the Village has adopted the International Property Maintenance Code.  

If you believe you observed a property maintenance code violation (including long grass, inoperable vehicles or exterior disrepair),

Rental Property Inspections

Greenhills performs inspections of rental properties.  Rental units are to be inspected every 3 years or when there is a change of occupancy. The cost is $35 per unit.  It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure the rental inspection is up to date.  Click here for the link for the Rental Inspection Affidavit form.
