Park & Ride Lot Improvements

Sometime around mid-August, work will begin on improvements to the rear parking lot at the Shopping Center.  You may not realize that the streets and most of the parking around the shopping center are owned by the Village.

The Village was fortunate to receive partial funding for this project from SORTA through the Transit Infrastructure Fund for this work. A site plan of the proposed work can be viewed by CLICKING HERE.  The contractor, rack & Ballauer, has indicated they will do the work in 2 phases to prevent the parking lot from being totally closed at any one time.  Watch for more information as the time for construction nears.
