PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the Greenhills Planning Commission on September 28, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Greenhills Municipal Building, 11000 Winton Road, Greenhills, Ohio 45218, for the purpose of hearing public comments as they consider an application submitted by Maronda Homes to change the zoning of property located at 71 Junefield Avenue from R-1 Single-Family Residence District to PUD Planned Unit Development.

Individuals can review the proposed zoning amendment below, or at the Greenhills Municipal Building during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
