2026 Harvest Fest

October 24th is the big day! The fun will begin at 10:30 AM with the Village’s America 250 Red, White & Blue Parade starting at the WWSD South Campus Elementary School located at 147 Farragut Road. It will circulate through the Village and end at the Greenhills Commons where Harvest Fest will be getting underway. Harvest Fest will be full of booths, food, beer, music and fun activities through 8 PM. Returning this year will be the Kids Costume Parade leading into Trunk or Treat. watch for more details as the celebration unfolds.

Applications are now open for local small businesses, artists, crafters, game booth operators, and vendors offering seasonal items. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the Greenhills community during one of the year’s most anticipated events.

Vendors receive:

  • A designated 10’x10′ space on the Commons
  • One electric hookup per booth
  • Direct engagement with community members and families 

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own canopy, tables, chairs, display stands, overhead lighting, and staffing. All extension cords must be three-pronged and all plug strips must include a circuit breaker. Booths must be set up and open by 12:00 PM and must remain open through the end of the festival.
